Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, or looking for a safe trustworthy space to dump 'stuff' aka let go of what no longer serves, speak your truth and feel heard holistically as sometimes you just need to talk it out. The session will be designed by you for you, we can incorporate a combination of listening, breathwork energetic blockage release, chakra alignment with affirmation and colour sealing the balance holistically with some beautiful Qigong & Reiki.
