Fiona, a Wellbeing Consultant, Facilitator and Practitioner of Complementary Therapies offer's an easy to learn style of teaching

to recalibrate, recharge and improve the flow and quality of Qi in and around You. 

 

Be guided in a combination of Complementary Therapies such as qigong, tai chi, chakra balancing, reiki, breathe-work, guided meditation and yoga nidra to shift, release and let go of unwanted thoughts & feelings to clear and reset your energy channels.

 

Energetic blockages can disrupt the quality and flow of life-force (qi, ki, chi, prana) in and around your body

and in time, can cause emotional dis-comfort and/or dis-ease mentally, emotionally or physically.

 

You will find a transformational solace with Fiona's innate ability to guide & support you through the release of trauma and stress.
