Come along say hello and join me in this inagural workshop being presented by Mindful Moving each day on the performance stage 4-5pm at the Brisbane Mind Body and Spirit festival 23rd-25th February 2018.
You will be guided and supported on a holistic self healing journey. Your mind, body and spirit will feel cleansed, rejuvenated and balanced by a combination of complementary therapies and take home self healing tools.
Through moving, breathing and being in harmony with yourself and universal energy you will regain a comfortable overall balance to your general wellbeing, feel more confident, enjoy clarity of thought & vision to gain the ability to manifest your dreams goals and begin living your true life purpose with heartfelt joy and peace holistically.
